We want you to be genuinely happy with your coins. If something isn't right, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, significantly different from how it was described, or doesn't do what it should, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
If an item is faulty or not as described
Contact us within a reasonable time at Sales@thehouseofcoins.com.au with your order number and a photo if you can. We'll arrange a replacement or refund, and we'll cover return postage for faulty or misdescribed items.
Change of mind
As a goodwill gesture, we accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the coin is returned in its original condition and packaging. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost, and we recommend a tracked, insured service. Once we receive and inspect the coin, we'll refund the purchase price.
How to start a return
- Email Sales@thehouseofcoins.com.au with your order number and the reason.
- We'll reply with return instructions.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days of us receiving the coin.
