The House of Coins ("we", "us") respects your privacy and handles your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your name, delivery address, email address and phone number;
• Your order details (which coins, quantities and amounts); and
• Basic communications when you contact us.

We do not see or store your full card details. Card payments are handled securely by Stripe (see below).

How we use it

• To process, package and deliver your order;
• To contact you about your order or answer your questions; and
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We only share what's needed to fulfil your order:

• Stripe — processes your payment securely. Your card details are entered on Stripe's systems, not ours. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/au/privacy.
• Australia Post — to deliver your parcel.

We never sell your personal information.

Storage and security

Your order information is stored in a secure, access-controlled database. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it (where we're not legally required to keep it). Email Sales@thehouseofcoins.com.au and we'll help.
