We want you to be genuinely happy with your coins. If something isn't right, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, significantly different from how it was described, or doesn't do what it should, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
If an item is faulty or not as described
Contact us within a reasonable time at Sales@thehouseofcoins.com.au with your order number and a photo if you can. We'll arrange a replacement or refund, and we'll cover return postage for faulty or misdescribed items.
Returns are for faults only
Please choose carefully before you buy. Apart from the Australian Consumer Law guarantees above (faulty, or significantly not as described), we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If you're unsure about a coin, email us before ordering and we'll gladly answer any questions.
How to start a return
- Email Sales@thehouseofcoins.com.au with your order number and the reason.
- We'll reply with return instructions.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days of us receiving the coin.
